🍾 Ingredients:
For the Lavender Honey Syrup:
½ cup water
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
For the Cocktail:
1 oz lavender honey syrup per glass
Chilled Prosecco (or sparkling wine of choice)
Garnish: lavender sprig or edible flower

Make the Syrup:
In a small saucepan, heat water, honey, and lavender until just simmering. Remove from heat, let steep 10–15 minutes, then strain and cool.Build the Cocktail:
Pour 1 oz lavender honey syrup into a champagne flute. Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.Garnish & Serve:
