Time: 10 minutes (plus syrup cooling time)

🍾 Ingredients:

For the Lavender Honey Syrup:

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender

For the Cocktail:

  • 1 oz lavender honey syrup per glass

  • Chilled Prosecco (or sparkling wine of choice)

  • Garnish: lavender sprig or edible flower

🥂 Instructions:

  1. Make the Syrup:
    In a small saucepan, heat water, honey, and lavender until just simmering. Remove from heat, let steep 10–15 minutes, then strain and cool.

  2. Build the Cocktail:
    Pour 1 oz lavender honey syrup into a champagne flute. Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.

  3. Garnish & Serve:
    Drop in a sprig of lavender or float a dainty edible flower for that garden-party glam.
