Cucumber Mint Fizz Mocktail

A refreshing mocktail with cucumber, mint, and lime—perfectly fizzy and floral for bridal teas and summer garden gatherings.

As light as a breeze through magnolia trees, this Cucumber Mint Fizz is a crisp, cooling mocktail perfect for bridal summer teas.

With fresh lime, fragrant mint, and a sparkle of elderflower, it’s a breath of garden air in every dainty sip.

Elegant enough for fine china and refreshing enough for any Southern patio.

Serves: 4
Time: 10 minutes

🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (or ribboned with a veggie peeler)

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional)

  • 3 cups elderflower tonic or sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Garnish: mint sprigs, cucumber ribbon, or edible flowers

✨ Instructions:

  1. Muddle the Base:
In a pitcher or cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and honey (if using). Get that flavor released without bruisin’ too much.

  2. Add the Fizz:
Stir in cucumber slices and fill with sparkling water or elderflower tonic.

  3. Serve & Garnish:
Pour over ice and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and mint sprig for the prettiest garden finish.

💁🏾‍♀️ Lilly’s Bridal Tea Tip:

Use clear or cut-crystal glasses so your cucumber ribbons float like lace. Add a paper parasol for that extra tea party charm.
