Peach Basil Bridal Bellini

Two peach basil Bellini cocktails with fresh basil garnish, served in flutes surrounded by ripe peaches and garden blooms.

Smooth, sweet, and just a little bit herbaceous, the Peach Basil Bridal Bellini is the belle of the cocktail ball. With golden peach purée and garden-fresh basil swirled into bubbly Prosecco, it’s the perfect toast to summer romance and soft lace. Light enough for daytime, fancy enough for forever.

Serves: 6
Time: 10 minutes

🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peach purée (fresh or canned, but smooth as silk)

  • 6 small basil leaves (plus more for garnish)

  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine

  • Optional Garnish: peach slices or basil sprigs

✨ Instructions:

  1. Prep the Basil Purée:
Muddle 1 basil leaf into each glass or stir a few torn leaves into your purée and let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain for a subtle infusion.

  2. Build the Bellini:
Add about 2 tablespoons of peach purée to each champagne flute. Slowly top with Prosecco.

  3. Garnish & Serve:
Gently stir and garnish with a basil sprig or a thin peach slice on the rim.

💁🏾‍♀️ Lilly’s Bridal Tea Tip:

For a non-alcoholic twist, use peach nectar and sparkling apple juice—it’s just as elegant and sweet as a Southern drawl at a church social.
