Grape, Fig, and Brie Bites

If you’re lookin’ to charm the lace gloves off your guests, these grape, fig, and brie bites are just the thing.

Rich, creamy brie pairs like a dream with sweet fruit and a hint of honey—each one a perfect little mouthful of summer. Ideal for garden teas and bridal cheers, they’re as lovely as they are luscious.

Makes: About 24 bites
Time: 15–20 minutes

🧀 Ingredients:

  • 1 small wheel of Brie (or 8 oz), cut into ½-inch cubes

  • 12 red grapes, halved

  • 6–8 dried figs, halved or quartered depending on size

  • Honey, for drizzling

  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, but lovely)

  • 24 toothpicks or cocktail picks

🍯 Instructions:

  1. Assemble the Bites:
    On each pick, layer a cube of brie, a piece of fig, and a grape half. You can switch up the order to suit your tray—just make sure they’re secure.

  2. Drizzle & Garnish:
    Arrange bites on a serving plate or tiered tray. Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme for a little garden flair.

  3. Serve Cool:
    These are best served slightly chilled or at room temp—just not melty, Sugar.
