Watermelon & Feta Skewers

🧊 Ingredients:
3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 oz block of feta cheese, cut into small cubes
Fresh mint leaves (small or torn pieces)
Balsamic glaze (optional, but oh-so-good)
24 cocktail picks or mini skewers

Build the Skewers:
On each pick, thread a cube of watermelon, a mint leaf, and a cube of feta. You can layer mint between the two or tuck it prettily on top.Drizzle to Impress:
Right before servin’, give ‘em a light drizzle of balsamic glaze for a sweet ‘n tangy finish. Keep it classy—not messy.Chill & Serve:
