Watermelon & Feta Skewers

Watermelon & Feta Skewers

Darlin’, if you’re lookin’ for a tea party bite that’s sweet, salty, and straight-up stunning—these watermelon and feta skewers are it.

Juicy melon, creamy feta, and a whisper of mint come together in one dainty little pick that’s as fresh as a morning breeze.

Perfect for passin’ around the garden table while the bride-to-be shines like summer sun.

Makes: About 24 mini skewers
Time: 15 minutes

🧊 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, cut into small cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves (small or torn pieces)

  • Balsamic glaze (optional, but oh-so-good)

  • 24 cocktail picks or mini skewers

🍉 Instructions:

  1. Build the Skewers:
On each pick, thread a cube of watermelon, a mint leaf, and a cube of feta. You can layer mint between the two or tuck it prettily on top.

  2. Drizzle to Impress:
Right before servin’, give ‘em a light drizzle of balsamic glaze for a sweet ‘n tangy finish. Keep it classy—not messy.

  3. Chill & Serve:
Keep chilled until serving time. Present on a pretty white or floral platter, maybe with crushed ice underneath if it’s a hot day.

💁🏾‍♀️ Lilly’s Bridal Tea Tip:

Use a melon baller for perfectly round watermelon bites, or cut the feta into tiny hearts with a cookie cutter for a little extra love. Serve chilled on a floral platter and watch the ladies light up like fireflies on a summer night.
