🕒 Total Time:

Prep: 2 minutes
Cook: 5–7 minutes
Total: 10 minutes

🛒 Grocery List:

  • Milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy — oat, almond, or coconut work well)

  • Ground turmeric

  • Ground ginger

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Honey or maple syrup

  • Black pepper (tiny pinch for absorption)

  • Vanilla extract (optional)

✨ Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients.

  2. Heat over medium-low until hot and steamy, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.

  3. Once heated through, pour into a mug and serve.

  4. No toppings needed — just smooth, spiced comfort.

💡 Tip:

The black pepper boosts the absorption of turmeric — it’s small but important. Want it extra smooth? Strain before serving to remove spice sediment.
