✨ Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)

  • 2–3 slices fresh ginger (optional)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Heat the water until hot but not boiling.

  2. Add lemon juice and honey to a mug.

  3. If using ginger, add the slices to the mug.

  4. Pour hot water over the ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Let steep for 2–3 minutes if ginger is added. Sip while warm.

💡 Tip:

This is a great first-thing-in-the-morning or wind-down-at-night drink. Add a pinch of cayenne if you like a bit of heat.
