✨ Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 cup hot water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
2–3 slices fresh ginger (optional)
🥄 Instructions:
Heat the water until hot but not boiling.
Add lemon juice and honey to a mug.
If using ginger, add the slices to the mug.
Pour hot water over the ingredients and stir to combine.
Let steep for 2–3 minutes if ginger is added. Sip while warm.
💡 Tip:
This is a great first-thing-in-the-morning or wind-down-at-night drink. Add a pinch of cayenne if you like a bit of heat.
